Location: Home-based (remote) with extensive UK travel and occasional visits to HQ in Willenhall, West Midlands
Working Hours: Full-time

The Role

Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an HVAC Contracts Engineer.

The role will be based remotely at home, with extensive UK travel required to attend sites and occasional visits to their HQ in Willenhall, West Midlands.

• Manage the installation of HVAC services for various clients throughout the UK, from receipt of order through to completion
• Attend and report on pre-start meetings and subsequent meetings throughout the contract
• Manage subcontract labour, materials, and ancillary items
• Keep clients and the company updated on all matters
• Ensure installations are compliant, manage quality and ensure completion within target dates and within budget
• Cost control and production of variation and valuation documents
