Quantity Surveyor

What you'll be doing
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing costs and commercial activities across our projects, helping us deliver outstanding outcomes for our customers while maximising value and maintaining quality.

You'll support the Senior Quantity Surveyor and wider commercial team while taking ownership of a range of commercial responsibilities, including procurement, subcontract management, cost control and reporting.

Commercial Management Managing costs and income within your area of responsibility

Producing cost reconciliations and commercial reports

Measuring, recording and valuing work in line with company procedures

Building estimates from first principles

Interpreting drawings, specifications and works information

Supporting customer and stakeholder management activities

Understanding and monitoring project programmes and commercial performance

Procurement & Supply Chain Supporting procurement activities and subcontract enquiries

Preparing and reviewing tender documentation

Managing subcontractor relationships and agreements

Supporting supply chain performance and value delivery
Who we're looking for
Essential Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experienceCSCS Academically/Professionally Qualified Person CardMRICS, MCIOB, MCInstCES, or working towards professional membership
