What You'll Be Doing
- Provide technical sales support to customers across Singapore and overseas markets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable power supply solutions.
- Support product customization, modification, and application discussions.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to revenue growth.
- Travel regionally to meet customers and provide onsite technical support.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Technical Sales, Application Engineering, FAE, Product Engineering, or related roles.
- Experience in power supply, power electronics, AC/DC, or DC/DC power solutions is highly preferred.
- Exposure to industries such as Semiconductor, Medical Devices, Aerospace, and Industrial Electronics will be advantageous.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Possess a valid driving licence and own vehicle.
- Open to regional travel.
- Regional travel approximately 1-2 times per month
- Typical trip duration of 2-3 days
- Exposure to customers across ASEAN, South Asia, and Oceania markets

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
