• Lead the mechanical design of new consumer electronics products, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and manufacturability.
• Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D manufacturing drawings using industry-standard CAD software.
• Perform stress analysis, thermal management, and other simulations to validate design performance.
• Work closely with overseas manufacturing partners to oversee the production process and address technical challenges.
• Collaborate with industrial designers and electrical engineers to integrate different system components seamlessly.
• Conduct thorough design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of product designs and development processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical product design, particularly in consumer electronics or similar fields.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, Fusion 360) and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of materials, plastics, metal stamping, and injection molding processes.
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and testing methodologies is essential.
