• Conduct in-depth analysis of electrical systems, identifying areas for improvement in performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions for electrical system design, upgrades, and troubleshooting, working remotely.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to internal teams and external partners on electrical system matters.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and best practice guidelines for electrical systems.
• Utilize simulation software and diagnostic tools to predict system behavior and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in electrical engineering to recommend advancements.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in the design, analysis, and troubleshooting of large-scale electrical systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in power systems, control systems, and electrical safety standards.
• Proficiency with advanced simulation and modeling software (e.g., ETAP, PSS/E, MATLAB/Simulink).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information remotely.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
