• Lead the system design and engineering for battery energy storage systems (BESS), including component selection, power electronics, and control systems.
• Perform technical feasibility studies, site assessments, and energy yield modeling for storage projects.
• Develop interconnection strategies and ensure compliance with grid codes and utility requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, software developers, and field teams to ensure seamless integration and commissioning of BESS.
• Analyze system performance data, identify operational issues, and implement solutions for optimization.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in battery technology, energy storage applications, and relevant industry standards.

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a specialization in power systems or energy storage.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the design, engineering, and deployment of energy storage systems.
• Strong understanding of battery chemistries, power conversion systems, and control strategies for BESS.
• Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink) and experience with grid integration studies.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills suitable for remote team collaboration.
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
