- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Aviation Safety Management Systems (SMS) .
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and hazard identification across all aviation activities.
- Investigate aviation safety incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to national and international aviation safety regulations and standards.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs to employees across various departments.
- Maintain and analyze safety performance metrics, reporting on trends and areas for improvement.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in aviation safety management or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing SMS.
- Strong knowledge of ICAO, EASA, or local aviation regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in safety data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant aviation safety certifications (e.g., IS-BAO, OSHA Aviation).
