About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated Remote Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their globally distributed team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be responsible for leading complex mechanical design projects, contributing to product innovation, and ensuring the highest standards of engineering excellence. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our mechanical engineering initiatives, collaborating with international teams to deliver cutting‑edge solutions.

• Lead the design, development, and validation of advanced mechanical systems and components from concept to production.
• Conduct sophisticated analyses, including FEA and CFD , to ensure optimal performance, durability, and safety of designs.
• Develop detailed technical documentation, including CAD models , engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and product management, across different time zones.
• Oversee prototype builds, testing, and performance validation, providing expert troubleshooting and solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and standards.

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical engineering design and development.
• Expertise in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, CATIA) and advanced simulation tools.
• Proven experience leading complex engineering projects and managing technical risks.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills, essential for a remote role.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a distributed environment.
