Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their globally distributed engineering team, operating in a fully remote capacity. • Spearhead the design and development lifecycle of mechanical components and systems, from initial concept through to final validation, ensuring innovative and efficient solutions.
• Conduct rigorous analytical and simulation-based assessments, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), to optimize design integrity and performance.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with remote, cross-functional teams, including product management, hardware, and software engineering, to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including detailed CAD models, 2D drawings, Bills of Materials, and manufacturing specifications.
• Proactively identify and resolve complex technical issues, providing expert guidance and solutions to meet project milestones.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practices within the remote team structure.

• Master's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in mechanical design, analysis, and product development.
• Expertise in 3D CAD software (e.g., Siemens NX, Creo, Solid Works) and advanced simulation tools (e.g., Abaqus, Star-CCM+).
• Deep understanding of mechanical principles, material selection, manufacturing processes, and system integration.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and deliver high-quality results in a remote setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly across different disciplines.
