Key Responsibilities- Design and implement 5G network architecture , including RAN, core network, and transport layers.
- Optimize wireless network performance, capacity, and coverage through advanced analysis and configuration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex wireless network issues, ensuring high availability and quality of service.
- Evaluate and integrate new wireless technologies and vendor solutions.
- Develop technical specifications and documentation for wireless network deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network planning and strategy.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in wireless network engineering, with a strong focus on 5G technologies (NSA/SA).
- In-depth knowledge of LTE, UMTS, and evolving wireless standards .
- Experience with RF planning tools, performance analysis, and network optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) for automation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
