• Develop detailed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings for mechanical components and assemblies.
• Perform engineering calculations and simulations (e.g., FEA, thermal analysis) to validate design performance.
• Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for product designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electronics engineers and product managers, through virtual communication channels.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including BOMs and design specifications.
• Support prototype builds and testing, troubleshooting design issues as they arise.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, CATIA) and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
