• Conceptualize, design, and analyze novel mechanical systems and components for emerging technologies.
• Conduct feasibility studies, R&D, and performance simulations for innovative project ideas.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, design specifications , and experimental plans.
• Collaborate effectively with remote team members across different disciplines via digital communication tools.
• Source and evaluate potential suppliers and technologies for project implementation.
• Troubleshoot complex engineering challenges and propose innovative solutions independently.

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, R&D, or a specialized engineering role.
• Proven experience with advanced engineering analysis techniques (e.g., FEA, CFD).
• Strong skills in CAD software and familiarity with rapid prototyping methods.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
