• Design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems for automotive applications, including powertrain, chassis, and body structures.
• Utilize advanced CAD/CAE tools for modeling, simulation (FEA, CFD), and analysis of automotive parts and assemblies.
• Collaborate with remote cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and manufacturing specialists, to integrate mechanical designs.
• Develop and execute validation plans , including physical testing and virtual simulations, to ensure design robustness and performance.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, reports, and presentations for design reviews and project milestones.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies within the automotive engineering domain.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry , focusing on mechanical design.
• Expertise in 3D CAD software (e.g., CATIA V5, Siemens NX) and CAE tools for stress, thermal, and dynamic analysis.
• Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, materials science, manufacturing processes, and automotive standards .
• Proven experience with vehicle component testing, data acquisition, and analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
