Senior Structural Engineer - Remote Design & Analysis

Our client is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Structural Engineer to join their entirely remote engineering department. This key role involves providing expert structural design and analysis for a broad spectrum of building projects, ensuring the safety, stability, and longevity of structures. • Lead the structural design and analysis for building projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
• Conduct complex load calculations and structural modeling using advanced engineering software.
• Prepare comprehensive structural drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineering staff within the remote team.
• Collaborate effectively with project stakeholders to resolve design issues and ensure seamless project execution.

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in structural engineering design and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP
  2000, RISA) and AutoCAD/Revit.
• Strong understanding of material properties, seismic design, and foundation engineering principles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills for remote teamwork.
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration with ECSA is required.
