About the Role

- Analyze existing industrial processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Design and implement new processes, workflows, and production systems to meet operational and strategic goals.
- Conduct time and motion studies, capacity planning, and resource allocation to optimize workflow and minimize waste.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to track operational efficiency and identify trends.
- Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and management, to ensure successful project implementation.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff on best practices in industrial engineering and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on process optimization and system design.
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and project management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong remote communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.
