Automation Mechanical Engineer; Remote

• Design, specify, and integrate mechanical components and systems for automated equipment and robotic cells.
• Develop concepts for new automated solutions to meet client requirements and industry demands.
• Create detailed mechanical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions for automated machinery.
• Collaborate with controls engineers and software developers to ensure seamless system integration.
• Conduct technical reviews and risk assessments for automated systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues on automated equipment and provide remote support.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the design of automated machinery or robotic systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, Inventor) for mechanical design and layout.
• Knowledge of industrial automation components, PLCs, sensors, and actuators.
• Experience with robot programming or simulation software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team.
