- Lead and manage geotechnical investigations for major infrastructure and building projects.
- Provide expert interpretation of subsurface data and develop comprehensive geotechnical design recommendations.
- Oversee the design of foundations, retaining walls, earthworks, and slope stabilization measures.
- Review and approve geotechnical reports, drawings, and specifications prepared by the team.
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior and mid-level geotechnical engineers.
- Engage with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to address complex geotechnical challenges.
- Master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) registration with ECSA is essential.
- A minimum of 10 years of specialized experience in geotechnical engineering, with a focus on major projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced numerical modeling and geotechnical analysis software.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and mentor engineering teams.
