You will lead the planning and implementation of fire safety systems for a variety of building projects, ensuring both safety and compliance with Canadian codes. You'll work alongside diverse teams, overseeing project execution, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to team development. Your expertise in engineering standards and safety strategies will help maintain high-quality performance in complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the engineering design of fire protection systems
• Perform technical analyses and system sizing
• Review project documentation and create technical presentations
• Conduct safety code analyses for compliance
• Facilitate project coordination and communication with teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field
• P.Eng. status in Canada with at least 8 years’ experience
• Knowledge of NFPA codes and Canadian regulations
• Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD and Revit
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
