• Participate in electrical systems technical improvements & developments for existing and future airplane programs (optimize architectures, incorporate new technologies, etc.)
• Prepare/review engineering documents related to electrical system changes on Challenger 3500/650 and Global 5500/6500/7500/8000 airplanes (production + in‑service aircraft)
• Propose, elaborate, and test novel approaches to optimize our business aircraft on aspects such as emissions reduction, costs, weight, performance, customer satisfaction, etc.
• Contribute to trade studies associated with new technology introduction and integration on aircraft
• Learn and contribute to the Electrical Knowledge Domain to capture lessons learned and best industry practices (product & process)
• Manage interfaces with internal & external partners and suppliers for technical aspects
• Represent the Electrical discipline with internal and external collaborators

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum of 5 years in electrical system integration or related experience
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards (RTCA/DO‑160, SAE, MIL‑STD, etc.) and familiarity with airworthiness regulations (TCCA, FAA, EASA)
• Comfortable working in a team, interacting with other functional areas (airworthiness, manufacturing, engineering disciplines)
• Good oral and technical writing skills;
  French is an asset
• Can work autonomously and demonstrate initiative to achieve allocated goals
• Motivated to learn and work on multiple projects simultaneously

• Locations:
  Bombardier Montréal, Québec or Bombardier Toronto, Ontario
• Hybrid: combination of remote work from home and on‑site work
