Position: Machinery Maintenance Engineer Hybrid Role
Join a leading industrial facility in Kimberley as a Machinery Maintenance Engineer. This hybrid position focuses on optimizing machinery performance through proactive maintenance and hands-on repairs.

This role at our client’s facility is critical for maintaining varied industrial machinery. Candidates will need strong engineering backgrounds and practical troubleshooting abilities. The job includes strategic planning, direct interventions, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards in the Northern Cape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop preventative maintenance schedules for plant machinery

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures

• Perform repairs and replace faulty machine components

• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics

• Manage spare parts inventory and supplier relations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience

• Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role

• Strong understanding of mechanical system components

• Proficiency in technical documents and CAD drawings

• Excellent problem-solving skills and equipment reliability focus
