- Develop, optimize, and validate robust chemical processes that meet stringent quality, safety, and environmental standards.
- Oversee pilot plant operations and data analysis, ensuring accurate interpretation and effective translation to manufacturing scale.
- Mentor and develop a team of process engineers and scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative remote work environment.
- Author and review comprehensive technical reports, development proposals, and regulatory submission documents.
- Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or a related field, with a strong focus on process development and scale-up.
- 10+ years of experience in process development, R&D, or advanced process engineering within the chemical or pharmaceutical industries.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage teams and projects in a remote setting.
- Expertise in process modeling, reaction engineering, separation technologies, and statistical process control.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of industrial chemical processes.
- Strong publication record or patent filings in relevant fields is a plus.
