M&E Asset Surveyor

- Long Term Contract (estimated 12 to 18 months) - c £300 - £320 per day (CIS / Self Employed) or c £240 per day PAYE (£58.5k pa) + holiday pay etc.

As the M&E Asset Surveyor in Oxfordshire, you would be responsible for the collection, verification, and validation of mechanical and electrical asset data across the clients corporate and commercial portfolio.
The role supports the delivery of an accurate asset register and detailed M&E plant & equipment data collection, enabling effective planned maintenance, statutory compliance, and long-term investment planning.
You will play a key role in providing detailed M&E Asset information, ensuring all assets are captured and detailed in the survey reports.
Additional duties for the role of M&E Asset Surveyor in Oxfordshire include:
* Conduct on-site M&E asset surveys across the client properties (e.g. HVAC, electrical distribution, plant, life safety systems)
* Capture asset data in line with agreed standards
* Record technical attributes including asset type, condition, manufacturer, model, capacity, and location
* Assist the Building Surveyors in providing detailed Surveys of the properties with the relevant M&E information
* Ensure the quality of collected data before submission
* Provide technical input and clarity on asset information requirements
The successful candidate for the role of M&E Asset Surveyor in Oxfordshire should have the following experience:
* Previous experience of M&E surveying in a corporate / commercial environment
* Excellent understanding of Mechanical & Electrical systems
* The ability to deliver specifications in writing
* The ability to assess the condition of stock
* Good IT skills
