Water​/Wastewater Project Manager

Position: Water/Wastewater Project Manager Hybrid Role
Take the lead as a Project Manager for water and wastewater treatment projects, balancing technical expertise with team coordination in a hybrid model from Waterloo or London.

In this critical role, you will manage small to large projects from planning through commissioning, leveraging your technical knowledge to evaluate and specify systems. Focus on cost-efficiency and reliability, while mentoring junior staff and overseeing project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction and design of treatment plants and pumping stations

• Act as primary client contact, managing relationships and meetings

• Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff

• Supervise staff work priorities, budgets, and schedules

• Review alternative analyses to support business decisions

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in water/wastewater treatment processes

• Proven project management experience in engineering sectors

• Excellent communication skills with clients and stakeholders

• Familiarity with regulatory practices and guidelines

• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
