Key Responsibilities

Optimize 5G network performance, capacity, and coverage through configuration tuning and strategic planning.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to 5G network functionality, ensuring high availability.

Develop and maintain documentation for 5G network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in telecom network engineering , with a specific focus on 5G technologies .
In-depth knowledge of 5G architecture, protocols (NSA/SA), and RAN principles.
Experience with network virtualization (NFV) and software-defined networking (SDN) in a 5G context.
Proficiency in network analysis tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.
