- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mining) or a related field; advanced degree in Occupational Safety or a relevant specialization is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in safety engineering, with a significant focus on industrial or mining environments.
- In-depth knowledge of safety management systems (e.g., ISO 45001), risk assessment methodologies, and hazard control techniques.
- Experience with safety monitoring technologies and incident investigation processes.
- Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.
