About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic Industrial Performance Engineer to join their team, working remotely from locations near Upington or other suitable areas. This role is dedicated to enhancing overall operational performance by applying industrial engineering principles to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. You will analyze complex operational data, design solutions, and collaborate virtually with stakeholders to implement improvements.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills, adept at driving results in a remote setting. This position offers the chance to significantly impact operational strategies from anywhere.
- Analyze production and operational processes to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
- Develop and implement strategies based on lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on performance improvement.

- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing , Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in simulation software, data analysis tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
