Your Tasks

• You create and design attractive streetscapes in Winterthur and improve traffic safety
• You use the overarching guidelines for city climate initiatives, the design of public spaces, the target image speed regime or the Winterthur cycle routes
• You independently handle preliminary studies, small projects and immediate measures from the idea through all planning phases and accompany the implementation
• You process citizen concerns and traffic law issues
• You advise specialist departments, clients and planners

• University or university of applied sciences degree in traffic or spatial planning, civil engineering or comparable education
• Ideally experience in managing and implementing traffic planning projects or working at the interface between urban development, open space and mobility
• Strong analytical, conceptual and organisational skills
• Proven communication skills and enjoyment in dialogue with a wide range of stakeholders
