Job Description
Wood is recruiting for a CMMS Engineer to support client’s operations & maintenance team on fixed term basis.
Hybrid working with expectation of working 3 days from our client’s office in Aberdeen.
The RoleYou will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and continuously improving maintenance master data within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The role supports maintenance, operations, engineering, and project teams by ensuring data quality, compliance with maintenance processes, and effective system utilization. You will also contribute to data improvement initiatives and supports the delivery of maintenance excellence across the facility.

Our Operations team delivers a wide range of services, including maintenance, turnaround (TAR) execution, and asset support across both onshore and offshore environments. This area of the business offers diverse opportunities to develop your skills while working across a varied portfolio of energy assets.
Our current portfolio supports multiple operators across the North Sea, covering everything from day-to-day maintenance activities and shutdown delivery through to late-life asset support and decommissioning. This breadth of work provides valuable exposure to different phases of the asset lifecycle, allowing you to build well-rounded experience in a dynamic and safety-critical industry.

- Create, maintain, and update maintenance master data within SAP PM, including:
- Asset registers
- Maintenance plans
- Maintenance items
- Task lists
- Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Process and implement master data change requests in accordance with site requirements, data standards, governance processes, and approved procedures.
- Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of maintenance master data to support effective maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Perform data quality checks, audits, and validation activities to ensure compliance with maintenance data standards and processes.
