We’re looking for a Senior Vehicle Engineer to join our growing Automotive engineering client, working on cutting-edge vehicle tuning, diagnostics and performance technology.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong automotive knowledge with a practical, problem-solving mindset. • Support vehicle calibration, tuning and diagnostic development.
  • Carry out vehicle testing, data logging and technical analysis.
  • Develop and validate solutions across a range of modern vehicle platforms.
  • Diagnose complex vehicle, electrical and communications issues.
  • Contribute technical expertise to engineering projects and product development.
  • Help develop processes, tools and approaches that improve engineering efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to less-experienced engineers where required.
About You

We’re looking for someone who is experienced, curious and technically hands-on, with a genuine passion for automotive engineering.

You’ll ideally have experience in areas such as:

  • Automotive engineering, vehicle development or diagnostics.
  • ECU tuning, calibration or flashing.
  • Vehicle data logging and analysis.
  • CAN bus and automotive communications.
  • Electrical/electronic vehicle systems.
  • Performance, motor sport or automotive aftermarket engineering.

Most importantly, you’ll be a resilient problem solver who enjoys getting hands-on with vehicles and finding answers to complex technical problems.

  • AXA Health Business Health package.
  • Life insurance – 4× salary.
  • 22 days' holiday + 8 bank holidays.
  • Office-based role with the opportunity to work from home one day per week after probation.
