PLEASE NOTE THIS CLIENT CANNOT PROVIDE SPONSERSHIP NOW OR IN THE FUTURE The OpportunityAs a Graduate / Junior Structural Engineer, you'll work closely with experienced Chartered Engineers, Associates and Directors to develop your technical expertise and practical understanding of construction.
You'll be involved in:
- Structural design calculations and analysis
- New build and refurbishment projects
- Site visits and structural inspections
- Working collaboratively with architects, contractors and the wider design team
- Producing engineering solutions that balance buildability, cost and sustainability
- Developing your knowledge of low-carbon engineering and modern construction techniques
- Building the experience required to progress towards Chartership with IStructE or ICE.
- MEng or BEng in Structural Engineering from an IStructE-accredited university
- Fresh Graduate or up to 3 years' consultancy experience
- Strong academic background
- Passion for structural engineering and problem solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ambitious, motivated and keen to develop professionally
- Interest in achieving Chartered Engineer status in the future.
