• Lead the conceptualization and detailed design of complex mechanical systems and components using advanced CAD tools.
• Conduct comprehensive engineering analysis, including FEA , thermal, and dynamic simulations to validate designs.
• Develop and manage design documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Collaborate effectively with remote cross-functional teams, including product management, hardware, and software engineering.
• Drive the selection of appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for optimal product performance and cost-efficiency.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of engineering excellence within the remote team.

• Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Over 8 years of progressive experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Expert proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, CATIA) and advanced simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS).
• Deep understanding of engineering principles, materials science, manufacturing processes, and tolerance analysis.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex design projects from concept through production.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly in a remote environment.
