Fully accountable for all aspects of Formwork Engineering amp Product Management across the business in Saudi Arabia
Role amp ResponsibilitiesLead the Team to find the most suitable designs for a variety of challenging projects across Saudi Arabia Lead and manage the Engineering department including workforce planning structure and performance management across several remote offices from your base in Riyadh Act as a key business partner to the Country Manager on strategic and operational decisions
Regular travel to all remote offices Egypt India and across Saudi Arabia Work in conjunction with the Sales Department to visit clients with major projects to offer solutions and ensure delivery of the Engineering requirements Essential Extensive Engineering background in Formwork Degree level education within an Engineering discipline
Travel across Saudi and ability to visit Mecca / Medina and further afield
Proven leadership
Commercial acumen
Excellent communication skills with Clients, colleagues, team and senior management
Familiarity with the Formwork engineering Industry in Saudi Arabia and Middle East construction markets
