Project - ADNOC H&G Debottlenecking Study

Working as part of K  Consulting Internationalwill offer you an opportunity tobe partof a global, diverse, service orientatedorganisation.

You will workas part of smallprojectteams developing concept and early project definitionin the Oil and Gassector.

• Provide technical guidance andexpertiseduring study execution;
• Conduct Flow Assurance studies using software packages, e.g., OLGA,PIPESIMetc.
• Develop pipeline simulation models, perform simulations of selected cases as defined by self /project and assess simulation results.
• Interface with client technical staff to develop and present outcomes and to discuss technical issues;
  
  Travel to client sites or offices may be required;
• Perform design calculations and prepare technical reportsin accordance with company and project quality requirements.
• Guide and supervise junior engineers;
• Lead, or be part of, project and study teams, according to the workscope;
• Reporttoflow assuranceSME.
• Contribute toflow assurance strategies,philosophiesand procedures.
• Demonstrate excellent technical report writing and presentation skills.

• In single and multiphase pipelines(steady state and transient hydraulic) analyses using industry standard software, e.g., OLGA, PIPESIM,PIPENETetc. is essential.
• Minimum6years of hands-on experience in flow assurance modeling using OLGA transient simulation software.
• Assessing flow assurance issues like slugging, hydrates, wax, erosion,corrosionetc. byuse ofsimulationsoftwareand providing the best mitigation solutions.
• An ability to workin a collaborative wayas part of a multi-discipline project group with minimum supervision.
• Pipeline sizing andthermo-hydraulics Studies,transient analysis covering shut down, blowdown, start-Up, ramp-up / turndown scenarios.
• Pipeline over pressure protection studies including surge pressure analysis.
• Knowledge of flow assurance issuesincludingslugging, hydrates, wax, erosion,corrosionetc. and mitigation methods.
• Good understanding of thermodynamics and experience of Multiflashpreferred.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations, codes, and standards.
• In Flow assurance conceptual andfront-endstudies and topsides process engineering activities including process modeling in HYSYS would bean advantage but not essential.
• Operational experience would be a benefit but not essential.
