- PhD or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a significant focus on strategic operational improvement.
- Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma (Master Black Belt preferred) , and simulation modeling.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects autonomously in a remote setting .
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
