About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Design, simulate, and implement robust industrial systems and control strategies.
- Analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications and operational manuals.
- Collaborate with remote engineering teams and stakeholders to define system requirements and project scopes.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and automation solutions into existing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to industrial systems performance and reliability.
- Master's degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering , Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in designing and managing complex industrial systems.
- Strong proficiency in system modeling, simulation software, and data analysis tools.
- Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial automation.
- Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently from conception to completion in a remote environment.
