Senior Manufacturing Engineer

• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, reduced waste, and improved product quality.
• Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Design and optimize production line layouts and workflows.
• Collaborate virtually with site engineers, production supervisors, and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Lead projects focused on new product introduction and the optimization of existing manufacturing systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering , Industrial Engineering , or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role, with a proven record of process improvement.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, statistical process control (SPC), and quality management systems.
• Experience with process simulation and data analysis software.
• Excellent remote communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
