- Lead the conceptualization and detailed design of municipal infrastructure projects.

Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in municipal infrastructure projects.
- Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) registration is essential.
- Expertise in water, wastewater, and road design principles.
