CIMA+ seeks a Remote Structural Drafting Technician dedicated to bridge design in Gatineau and Ottawa. Leverage your CAD expertise and collaborate with a leading engineering team.

As part of CIMA+'s acclaimed Bridges and Structures team, this role offers an exciting opportunity to engage in large-scale infrastructure projects. You will be involved in using specialized software such as AutoCAD and REVIT to create intricate design solutions. With a flexible hybrid work model, you can enhance your skills while making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce digital drawings for various transportation projects

• Support the preparation of design documentation

• Utilize AutoCAD, REVIT, and Civil 3D for drafting tasks

• Work collaboratively with municipal and traffic management teams

• Interpret construction sketches and facilitate as-built drawings

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architectural Science

• 3-5 years experience in structural drafting

• Strong skills in AutoCAD and REVIT

• Familiarity with Civil 3D or Sketch Up

• Bilingual in French and English is a plus
