- Oversee and direct the electrical design and engineering process for multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or lead engineer capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex electrical engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Expertise in power electronics, renewable energy systems, and smart grid technologies is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with advanced simulation and modeling software (e.g., PSCAD, MATLAB/Simulink).
