Project Manager - Power & Renewables

BBA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing Power & Renewables team. In this role, you will support the planning and delivery of engineering consulting projects across thepower sector, working closely with senior project leadership and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes and strong client satisfaction. This position is well suited for a Project Manager withprior consulting or project delivery experience who is looking to take on increasing responsibility while continuing to develop their technical,commercial, and leadership skills.

• Planand deliver assigned power projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations
• Manage smaller to medium-scale engineering projects and support larger orhigher-risk projects under senior guidance
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables.
• Track project budgets, forecasts, change management, and key performance indicators
• Prepare and present project status updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Support proposal development, RFP responses, and project setup activities
• Build strong client relationships by proactively managing expectations and addressing issues

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment

• 5+years of experience in project management, project engineering, or arelated role
• Experience in an engineering consulting environment is a strong asset
• Exposure to power, utilities, energy, or infrastructure projects preferred
• Bachelor’sdegree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Abilityto manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload and meet deadlines in adynamic work setting
• PMPcertification (or working toward) is an asset

• Annual base salary $98,000 - $120,500
