- Lead the structural design of complex bridge projects, including conceptualization, detailed design, and construction support.
- Perform advanced structural analysis and modeling for various bridge types and loading conditions.
- Prepare comprehensive design reports, technical specifications, and construction drawings.
- Oversee and mentor junior engineers and technicians in the bridge design team.
- Conduct peer reviews of designs and ensure adherence to relevant national and international codes and standards.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, transportation authorities, and construction teams in a remote setting.
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of specialized experience in the design and analysis of bridges.
- Professional registration with ECSA is required.
- Proven expertise in bridge design software and finite element analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of bridge construction methods, materials, and maintenance principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills suitable for a remote team environment.
