- Lead the architectural design and development of complex electrical systems from concept to production.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of electrical engineers.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, product management, and senior leadership to define technical strategy.
- Establish and enforce best practices in electrical design , documentation, and testing procedures.
- Conduct advanced analysis, R&D, and feasibility studies for new technologies and product innovations.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
- Extensive experience in system architecture , embedded systems, or power electronics.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex engineering projects and managing technical teams.
- Expertise in simulation, modeling, and debugging tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills for remote leadership.
