Key Responsibilities- Lead the analysis and redesign of operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement strategic improvement plans, utilizing lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
- Manage cross-functional project teams to execute operational improvement initiatives from conception to completion.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and technical capabilities.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and provide recommendations for capital investments in equipment and technology.
- Monitor operational performance, track key metrics, and report on progress to senior management.
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field;
Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration is highly advantageous. - Over 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering , with a strong focus on operations improvement and process optimization.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex projects and implementing significant operational changes.
- Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in simulation software, statistical analysis, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
