• Provide technical expertise and guidance on process scale-up, troubleshooting, and debottlenecking.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively in a remote setting .
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure project success.

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 10+ years of experience in process engineering, with a strong focus on design and optimization.
• Extensive experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, ChemCAD) and data analysis.
• Proven track record of leading successful process development projects from concept to commercialization.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, adapted for remote collaboration .
• In-depth knowledge of chemical plant operations and safety best practices.
