• Lead the conceptualization and detailed design of HVAC systems, including ductwork, refrigeration, and ventilation components.

• Manage project scope, timelines, and resources for HVAC design initiatives, coordinating with remote team members.
• Provide expert technical support and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in HVAC system design and mechanical engineering, with a proven track record in a lead role.
• Expertise in HVAC system design principles, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
• Proficiency in relevant CAD and simulation software (e.g., Revit MEP, HAP, CFD tools).
