- Lead the structural design process for new construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and engineering best practices.
- Perform complex structural analysis and calculations using advanced software, including finite element analysis (FEA).
- Develop and review detailed structural drawings, specifications, and technical reports for construction documentation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for structural engineering tasks, coordinating effectively with project managers and other disciplines.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff within the remote engineering team.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments (where feasible remotely or via local representatives) and provide support during the construction phase.
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong focus on building structures.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP
2000, STAAD.Pro, and Revit Structure. - Proven ability to lead engineering teams and manage multiple projects concurrently in a virtual environment.
