• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in power systems or control systems.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with significant focus on smart grid technologies.
• Deep understanding of grid automation, communication protocols (e.g., DNP3, IEC 61850), and data analytics.
• Experience with simulation tools for power systems and communication networks.
