• Lead the conceptualization, design, and engineering of utility-scale and distributed solar power projects.
• Conduct thorough site assessments, feasibility studies, and energy yield analyses.
• Develop detailed technical specifications, project plans, and performance monitoring strategies.
• Oversee the selection of solar components, including photovoltaic modules, inverters, and mounting systems, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout project development and operation.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the solar energy industry , with a strong focus on engineering design and project management.
• Proven expertise in solar photovoltaic (PV) system design , energy modeling software (e.g., PVSyst, Helioscope), and grid interconnection standards.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., NRS 096, IEC standards).
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex energy projects and leading engineering teams.
