Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of strategic process improvements across multiple sites, focusing on operational excellence.
Analyze complex manufacturing and operational data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
Design and model new production processes, workflows, and system layouts using simulation and CAD tools.
Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for global implementation by remote teams.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on process design and optimization projects.

Requirements

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on process design and optimization.
Expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred), and TQM methodologies.
Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Arena, Simio) and statistical analysis tools.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects in a remote work environment.
