- Review and approve geotechnical designs and calculations submitted by junior engineers.
- Advise project teams on geotechnical risks and mitigation strategies.
- Utilize advanced geotechnical software for modeling and simulation.
- Master's degree or PhD in Geotechnical Engineering or a closely related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in geotechnical engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in numerical modeling software (e.g., Plaxis, Geo Studio) and strong analytical capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of soil mechanics, rock mechanics, and foundation engineering principles.
- Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills, adapted for remote presentations.
- Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng.) registration with ECSA is essential.
